Well I went to have breakfast on Saturday, well the bacon was dry, could not eat, the cup he give me was not washed, it always when the man is in charge there, well when the woman is there, the food is better, and clean.

Shopped online and had our delivery at 20:10 , terrible service as items were missing, and the items that we did receive the avocados were over ripe the sourdough seeded bloomer was out of stock so they replaced it with a sourdough bloomer that the best before date was up in four hours time had to go through to customer services to get a refund as they?re computer system refused a refund saying it didn?t meet their criteria, and a long story I will never order from them again.

I popped to the cafe with my daughter for a coffee and a bite to eat prior to shopping. I asked for a bacon roll....not available So I selected a ham and cheese toasty....not available. The third choice I was given was a fancier selection. No problem I thought as I was pointed to go to a particular fridge.....nothing in there. Twice I was directed to go there until finally the young man came there to check and promptly said there was nothing left. This was at 10.30 a.m. I had a prepacked carrot cake - the other option was a tiny doughnut. I ordered my coffee as another young man came to the til with a sign saying no electricity. Well it didn't really matter as there was no food to cook. Then he was told by the man with the sign that he could make customers toast. I found that a bit strange as the last time I used a toaster it needed electricity! The place wasn't particularly clean with 1 large spoon left to stir our coffee with. The young man said he had to go wash some cutlery. I could go on........needless to say I won't be going back there.

Can be a Good place to shop, even has a decent cloths section up stairs with some house stuff to boot but often times waiting at self serve grates as a select few staff tend to be on phones while people are waiting

Standing by the Cigarette counter for 3 minutes without being acknowledged or evening said hello too. 2 members of staff chatting away about things outside of work and both seen me and carried on talking. Shocking customer service so I've walked out now they didn't even apologize as I walked out. Won't be spending a penny here again or any other Asda

Recently received parking fine for staying longer than 2hours in Asda. Shocked! Had never noticed parking signs before! I'm in my 70s, 5ft 1 and shrinking! My natural eyeline is straight ahead or downwards due to curvature of spine. Usually shop Saturday evenings enjoying a night out checking out George and then shopping, though on this occasion it was a daytime visit. Thankfully this was sorted out by 2 lovely young checkout assistants!
Please Asda, also place your signage at ground level/ counter level and think about reminding customers about the 2 hour parking limit over the tannoy system (perhaps every 2 hours)
Once again my thanks go to the very helpful young men who gave me their time and respect in sorting the problem out. Thank you Kevin and Mikey, see you when I do my next shop!

Something has gone wrong in Asda recently, it's hard to say exactly what but the feel of shopping there is not nice anymore. Prices are noticeably up, stock levels are noticeably down and staff seem to not be enjoying themselves at work as much as they used to. I avoid Asda now for everything except about half a dozen products i either can't find at Aldi or whose price vs quality ratio i think is better. I may buy the Aldi price-matched items at Asda occasionally. The shop also seems darker/less bright. ?????

Why staff at this place look so unhappy , unwelcoming. Never seen anyone smiling or dealing customers with smile .
This shows poor attitude and training of staff.
Well learned educated professional visit this store but the behaviour of staff is rather weird .
Please work on it manager.

Not my usual place to shop, but needed to grab some food in the cafe. Things didn't go to plan(they stop serving hot food at 5) however the lady working behind the counter was really nice and helpful. If you need an employee of the month, you have one here. 1715pm. Thursday 26th October.

My granddaughter and I were served at the checkout by a lovely lady called Sandie, she was very helpful, by pointing out that I could get a discount on some clothes I was buying, with the Asda rewards.

Fruit and veg from this store this year has been terrible quality, even when in date, not just here but Pyle too.
I now resort to doing my main shop here but buying fruit elsewhere because it genuinely doesn?t last more than a day or two (berries and salad especially bad). I?ve returned click and collect items on the spot the last two times because it?s clearly very past its best, I?m not sure why the pickers don?t see this as they pick shopping but there?s only so many times you can feed this back on the app before you give up and go elsewhere, it?s a shame as Asda rewards is the best supermarket reward app!

Awful members of staff on self scan Dept.
Not all of them, just the begrudging battle axes (all of them over 50 & should know better) behaving as childish as kids on a school yard & not a single hello, thank you or even an ounce customer service skills in between them.
Do not visit, especially if struggling with anxiety issues!

Absolutely disgusting staff in the cafe not one person said please or thank you?. RUDE Asda need a policy on how to speak to customers? I?m a support worker for learn disability, which is y I was in there the young girl I supported had more manners than the staff? to top it off the coffee was absolutely revolting, young girl had a coke and a ham toastie which she didn?t finish any of it absolutely hanging in there ?
