Today I visited the new look store in broughton. It was fully stocked and tidy and coordinated. I decided to buy two dresses and a jumper along with some hair accessories. Whilst I was waiting to be served as there was someone being served. I noticed a young member of staff at a till, she seemed to be looking down at the till and I assumed she was busy otherwise she would have called me to serve. Then another member of staff kindly called me to say to move to the young lady at the till. Whilst being served unfortunately the young assistant scrunched all my new items into a ball before placing in a bag. She then asked me for my email to send my receipt which I gave and she typed in, she didn?t ask for any clarification so I assumed she did it correctly. Unfortunately I have still not received my receipt and I have checked my junk email too so I assume she didn?t send it to the correct email. She was polite but I just wish that staff would take more care when placing items of clothing into bags as all my new clothing was very creased when I got home and the experience was not good. Staff taking care to place your newly bought items tidy into the carrier bag is part of the service but on this occasion this was not the case and I would say the service was below expected standard.

Friendliest staff. But the returning of online purchases is a joke. Having to connect to their WiFi to Google something to get a QR code, to then wait 10 days for a refund, when all I wanted to do was exchange. Jokes. The need to QR code everything is getting pathetic now.

A few weeks ago my mum went here to shop for new work clothes, and she was abused and discriminated against by the staff, because of the colour of her skin She was so distraught by the experience she left all her shopping there and cried in her car, she was stalked around the store by multiple members of staff and when she went to the till to complain and tell her story she was told ?many people have been stealing? insinuating that. ?Her people had been stealing? I can?t honestly believe this happened in 2024 disgusting

I visited new look in Broughton and spent over £150 on new clothes as I was 7 months pregnant and needed a new wardrobe. I was in the shop well over an hour as I had to try so much on to see what now fits as I had no idea what size I now was. When I was paying I asked if I could use there toilet as I was desperate and I can't hold my water anymore due to being pregnant. I was refused and told no. I know my law they don't legally have to let me use the toilet just the same as me knocking on someone house as asking. But it's really inhumane not to allow someone heavily pregnant to use the bathroom after being in there shop for so long and spending as much as I did. I had to go the shop next door and they allowed me with no issues at all.

New Look ..Broughton Park ...awful experience . . Shopping really uncomfortable due to no air conditioning on a day of 25/26degs ....but worst still...only one till assistant ...with a long queque of customers waiting to be served ..and this appears to be the norm ....same experience when shopping there before.

Terrible customer services, been spoken to this evening by a member of staff I?m assuming a member of management like I was competitive beneath her.The whole experience was awful will never shop here again I?m disgusted!!
