New Look ..Broughton Park ...awful experience . . Shopping really uncomfortable due to no air conditioning on a day of 25/26degs ....but worst still...only one till assistant ...with a long queque of customers waiting to be served ..and this appears to be the norm ....same experience when shopping there before.

Terrible customer services, been spoken to this evening by a member of staff I?m assuming a member of management like I was competitive beneath her.The whole experience was awful will never shop here again I?m disgusted!!

Busy shop with queues for the changing rooms, however the assistant in charge kept the customers moving so there wasn't too long a wait. Plenty of choices and a good sale range also. Liked the way the jeans are displayed by name so it's easier to find the style you're after.
