“We were travelling to Somerset on holiday when the wheels on the car started to vibrate. Called into national tyres and explained the situation. Even though they were very busy they took the time to put the car on a ramp and examined it. The problem was diagnosed and they took the trouble to phone around for parts. Unfortunately none were available but they advised us that we could drive home. We were not charged. Very pleasant and helpful staff. So well done, you are a credit to the company.”
