Awful service the online times show the depot open all week, yet when I called up on Monday they are showing as closed all week except for this afternoon (4pm-7pm) on calling over at 4:10 there?s a hand written note saying they?re now not opening until 17:40hrs.what the hell are they playing at.feel sorry for people who?ve arranged to make the journey over for nothing.poor quality service,please just update your online presence better and keep everyone who rely on this service better informed

I tracked my parcel and was told it would be delivered on Saturday, but didn't arrive when I checked it said firstly that it was tried to be delivered but I was not home which I was all day then it said they tried to deliver it but my house was inaccessible which it's absolutely not try owning your mistakes royal mail and stop blaming the recipient

Collection office opening times printed on the card posted through my letterbox are incorrect. Wasted journey and a further day without the package. Please update the details on the cards.

A parcel which I needed for this weekend had been tried to be delivered at my house but I was out. I have always asked for it to be left with neighbours or in the recycling bin but it was taken back and a card left. As I work in Builth I knew that I would not be able to pick it up today so I rang and I was told to leave a note on the door so that the postman could photograph it that this was my wish. I did this but no parcel today - and no calling card. There had obviously been no attempt to re-deliver and as it is now too late for it, it has been a waste of money. Great. Not a happy bunny.
