Really friendly and helpful service, they don't make non-trade customers feel like they're daft or irritating like some builders' merchants do. Prices are competitive at a time when nowhere is cheap for these products.

My partner Paul Neale is renovating my sisters property in Brecon. I have to say he has always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant! Each time Paul has ordered materials from them, service is second to none, and delivery is usually within the hour if not sooner! The delivery drivers go out of their way to help, and the staff in the branch are always very helpful and pleasant! Well done Brecon, you are doing an amazing job! If only everybody had the same outstanding work ethic and staff!

The Brecon staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been into a builders merchants where the staff are as helpful and courteous as the Brecon branch are. Materials delivered, offloaded with care and stacked so well. Sorry I wasn?t there to help with the off load. I may update you with the decking project. Thank you.

Absolute brilliant service from Robert price, Cwmbach. Needed extra materials today and needed them quick..no moaning and went from demanding 1 load to a second load which was organised by Steve on the front desk but also thanks to the drivers who were very proffesional. efficient, proffesional and friendly team.
