Very basic room in need of a refurb. Dust in corners. Overpriced for the condition of the room. Did have a bath, though it was chipped.

A cracking place to stay in the centre of Brecon. The Owner is a great guy and his wife is a superb cook. The Breakfast was second to none; some of the best Bacon that I have ever had. The rooms are comfortable and very reasonably priced considering the hotel is n the middle of Brecon. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of all the attractions in Brecon. Free car park at rear of the hotel too

Group of 10 of us visited during Brecon jazz so it was plastic glasses. Was told first round of 2 drinks included price of glasses which was £8.80. Next round was £7.60 to refill served by a girl. But 3rd round served by the boy was £8.80 again even though they refilled the glasses. Next 2 rounds; girl £7.60, boy £8.80! Everyone in the group said the same the boy was over charging by £1.20 per round. Not price list on display which is a legal requirement.
