I absolutely hate going in here all because of the staff, they?re always rude and dismissive. Especially this one foreign lady with brown hair. And there?s always only 1 person serving so queues are ginormous.

I love food from Greggs but the service is terrible and the amount of staff standing around in the back instead of helping the one person serving out front. I was stood in line for nearly 25 minutes today. It?s supposed to be quick service and someone should?ve hopped on n helped out
