Returned faulty item. Build quality on footwear seems to be poor these days, seams failing etc so have returned a few pairs over the years as not lasting as they should and 3 year warranty! However staff always seem to give the customer the third degree. I buy premium brands for the ?quality? which hasn?t always been the case. I know they need to ask a few questions but shouldn?t make customers feel uncomfortable in the process. Cardiff store staff have a much better attitude.
