Lost a urine test and aren’t organised said they will do something and it’s almost been a week and they haven’t done it yet

The staff here are so friendly, and work together amazingly well. I’ve never worked at such a lovely GP surgery before. The doctors really support the learning of students, nurses and healthcare assistants in their learning and development, even encouraging them in apprenticeships and and to do nurse practitioner courses.

I have just tried to phone the surgery but as usual no one answered this is totally unacceptable by any standards I have given up trying to get in touch so will just suffer and hope my diabetes is okay !!!!!
