I called in there one morning last week with an enquiry. The man that dealt with me could not be bothered to say good morning only a nod and a snappy response. Some customer courtesy would be a good idea for him . I will never go there again and i will tell my friends not to bother.

I have never left a review in my life. Having used ATS in Brecon several times now, I have always found the staff on the counter somewhat rude. Unfortunately, today they were extremely rude. I will no longer be using this garage.

Had a Groupon deal to recharge the air conditioning. Found out I purchased the deal for the gas I needed, had to buy the more expensive gas. Fair play gave me the same deal as Groupon. It was a fab customer experience. Thank you

I was impressed with the staff at ATS Brecon.Had 3 tyres fitted, polite, efficient staff. With the receipt I had a breakdown of a full examination of my vehicle, very useful for knowing what if anything would fail an MOT. Tyres, brakes, lights, windscreen wipers etc etc... This is provided free. Very impressed, I shall certainly be using them again... Thanks guys great service.
