We came here by accident as was only place open, but the fish and chips were truly delicious, probably some of the best we?ve ever had. Highly recommended!

We were asked to wait while they cooked our order, which was fair enough, however I do expect decent fish and chips.
The chips were anaemic and tastless and the fish was so soggy and bland.
They have put a bad review in the shop window, followed by a couple of good ones from Google. I 100% agree with the bad review

Probably the worst fish and chips we have ever had. Fish was hard, not sure how you get hard fish but they managed.
Chips were chewy and just weird.
One redeeming factor was the sausage but how can you fall with a sausage, have given extra star for that.
Even the seagulls turned their beaks up.

Great chips, great service and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend. We always get our chips here when we're in Borth.

Day trip to seaside so a cone Chips as i walked in i could smell Old Cooking oil the chips were worst in a very long time but sea gulls enjoyed em , car still stinks of stale oil Not good

Cracking little chippy! We had cheesy chips, cod and curry sauce to share. We couldn't finish the portion even though we really wanted to! Great, friendly staff and the food was really fresh as cooked to order. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! They gave the kids a free bucket and spade which was a nice touch. Recommend eating a fish supper and watching a sunset over the road on the promenade.

Very disappointed. They asked us to wait outside until it was done. Once the order was ready they called us. We should have checked it.
The fish was not fresh. It appeared to be fried twice, it was tough and not good. The batter was burnt. Waste of money we would NOT recommend. Very angry, going to report them to food standards. It all looked like that dry and crumbly.

Lovely chip shop better than the one further down the round always go there but closed for a few days so went to acorns for the money portion are very small
