I called in the other day and fair play their prices on new items match other companies. Some of their secondhand items are way over priced. Example £76.99 for a new 12v basic water pump and £50 for an old and dusty secondhand i didn't buy either instead i bought elsewhere.

Tried to repair fridge.I was told it would require new parts and I would be contacted when parts came in.Never heard from them again.I then took it to another repairer who said he was reluctant to touch it as it was left in such a state.What I would like to know is how come all these different organizations indorse these people.
