Awful. Daughter couldn't eat her noodles, chicken was far to dry and inedible. Forgot to give us our soya sauce that we paid for. Mine was tasteless. Decor in there shockingly bad, curtains from 1970's and stained with mould. Took over an hour to cook. Just aweful

I wouldn?t recommend it, overall it wasn?t a great experience.
The service whilst ordering was perfectly fine and the staff were very polite but the food has dragged the rating down horrendously.
Basic dishes such as the noodles were okay, but the house special chow mein was served with slices of beef and chicken on top which looked suspiciously like those that you would find in the sandwich section of the local Co-Op. The meat mixed through the noodles was as to be expected though, inoffensive and okay.
The salt & chilli chips were largely under-seasoned, it gave the impression that the seasoning and accompaniments (eg chillis and garlic) were an afterthought and thrown on top rather than being mixed through to coat the chips.
The egg fried rice gave the impression it had already been reheated in the past and was surprisingly bland with no noticeable signs of egg in it. The texture was mushy and with bland flavour I can?t recommend it.
The szechwan chicken was tasteless, lacked flavour and was overly watery, it was excruciatingly hot and retained a massive amount of heat in the centre giving off the impression that it was microwaved.
Overall, I personally wouldn?t recommend it here and would advise looking for somewhere else.

Some dishes like the veggie spring roles and noodles are okay whereas dishes like the egg fried rice and the Szechuan chicken were awful. The rice looked great but tasted of flavourless mush, the chicken was watery and cheap. Food seemed microwaved.

Worst food I've ever had..far far too much salt in everything..egg fried rice was like it had been cooked in marmite..crispy beef, chewy and soggy..so bad

First time I ordered here, waited 45 minutes extra after already waiting 30 minutes initially to order food, WAY tooo much salt, especially in the beef with mushrooms to the point I had 2 mouthfuls and couldn?t eat anymore!! The whole meal a disaster. Let?s say I wouldn?t recommend to anyone, had I not travelled 25 minutes to get there I would have gone back there and told them face to face and gave them my bun bag with their food in it, sorry but disgusting.

Brought a number of dishes to eat at home. Overall the mains were good (curry, noodles, rice) however the salt and pepper box was disappointing, the food was over cooked (seemed to be reheated)

Mixed sweet and sour balls with fried rice and chips. Absolutely awful. Never again. Fried rice was disgusting. Chips were awful Ended up ill with a bad stomach.

Just had a special curry here as i fancied a change for lunch, what a mistake, must be the worst curry I've ever had, I'm just waiting now to see if my stomach can handle it, never again ill be going there, not sure if they are new owners, terrible

Really great Chinese. Good quality food, not overpriced, with realistic collection times. The salt and pepper box is particularly good value and easily enough food for two or more. It's everything you would want in a rural Chinese - and really tasty. Always very happy with food here, can see why it's a local favourite - had friends as far as Harlech mention jealously how good it is when they know I'm getting some. The staff are really lovely as well, and the waiting room is absolutely fantastic. It's like something out of a movie, wood panelling floor to ceiling and a selection of seats while you wait for your food

I don?t normally rate places but this was awful everything was uneatable, if I could of taken back I would of done but 50min round drive as we were staying away please don?t use really bad you will be disappointed trust me I?m off Chinese food now
