The staff at Tui Blackwood made sure that they made booking our holiday to Turkey as easy as 1,2,3 and it really was. So much so that within a couple of months we decided to book a holiday to Lapland via Tui as well. They took good care of us and cannot wait to go away this year. We booked through Claire Edwards and I must say we were so impressed with her professionalism and assistance throughout the booking process. Claire kept us updated every step of the way with her incredibly friendly nature and was excited with us! Her enthusiasm for her job is so infectious. A definite asset to Tui and will recommend and use Claire again.
