Took my engagement ring to be resized at the extortionate price of over £80 for barely anything. Took over 3 weeks to come back. A week later it snapped in half. Timpsons took it back and said they'd fix for free, it's been over a month now and just rang to find out what was going on to be told they have no idea. Nothing on the computer apparently and nothing in the diary. Timpsons have had my ring more than I have and now what?

I visited the shop in Blackwood, Gwent to have new soles fitted to my boots. I was served by a young lady called Alice, she was very helpful and polite and did a great job on my boots. Alice is a crefit to Timpson, I will definitely used this shop again.

Went to the Blackwood store today and was disgusted with the person who served me. I was told the shoes I wanted repairing were ?wet? which was nonsense as they had been in doors for over 2 weeks. And because there was a tiny amount of mud on the heel he wouldn?t touch them. I wanted the heels replaced.Shocking service. I took the shoes to the Cwmbran branch and didn?t mention my experience at the Blackwood store and he said they would be ready tomorrow. To the person with the ginger beard who serves me today you should embarrassed at your poor service.

Very good reliable service battery failure on my key fob meant I couldn't lock my mitsubishi evo was done in less than 2 minutes well done to the guy working there knew exactly what he was doing took the stress out my day ? fair play .
