Took my engagement ring to be resized at the extortionate price of over £80 for barely anything. Took over 3 weeks to come back. A week later it snapped in half. I visited the shop in Blackwood, Gwent to have new soles fitted to my boots. I was served by a young lady called Alice, she was very helpful and polite and did a great job on my boots. Alice is a crefit to Timpson, I will definitely used this shop again.
