Great customer service from Jayne today! Not! No smile anywhere in sight, made me feel really awkward, with her stares and glares, while serving me she then pulls out her phone and starts scrolling while I?m still being served!

Had a terrible experience today with the till attendant Scottish lady it was
She would not be quiet and leave me and my daughter pay in peace in leave kept on about the club card and how I should spend my money, she also refused me to put stuff back as was warm not cold like it should be sold
FairPlay won?t go back there, and manger needs to sort himself out couldn?t even control his own staff shame thought Tesco was a good brand

Three star rating for convenience but inside they're always blocking the narrow isles with big cages to be unpacked . Some staff act like you are inconveniencing them by being there actually shopping!.the self scan regularly breaks down. You take your life in your hands if you use the carpark. They have recently renovated the store and it's more pricey than ever.Its a nice job for staff.someone in a small store store

The car park can be a bit of a nightmare but that?s the only negative thing. There?s all you need from your typical corner shop but with Clubcard points!

But here?s the thing I?ve never had a problem with Tesco?s until One person that works in Tesco?s express today said to me five times don?t forget to scan the bag and I always buy shopping bags but at this time my bag broke and I have heavy shopping and I walk only five minutes away and he wouldn?t change the bag it was slightly upsetting I suffer with really bad anxiety and autism
