Great service on a Sunday afternoon. Staff very helpful and professional. Promptly seen ( earlier than my appointment) adjusted my frames for me and had a thorough eye test. Thank you to all the staff on duty.

From the moment I entered the Blackwood store, it felt welcoming and friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile by a polite assistant, who quickly registered my details and escorted me to my appointment downstairs. As we walked through, the positive atmosphere was clear?staff were cheerful, and interactions between customers and advisors felt genuine and upbeat.
The contrast with other high street chains I?ve visited over the past 10 years was striking.
The appointment itself was smooth and clearly explained. The optician was informative and approachable, adding to the overall excellent experience.

Staff who can not be bothered and in COVID. Kept customers outside far too long not a good service. Once gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses. Go elsewhere!!!!

Had to rebook my appointment on multiple dates due to my lenses not being available, with the only appointment after weeks of waiting being in the middle of a work day.I had to take time out of work and even showed up early only to wait for an hour with no sign of when I would be seen. I was apologised to but it was still a waste of time. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Went to Blackwood for eye test bought new glasses, had to return 3 times they were just not right , I still not happy with them , but got fed up of going back , I will not be using them again , I also found that some of the staff were not very helpful and quite arrogant,
I took my elderly mother to Caerphilly store , what a difference staff so kind & helpful
