Picked up 20kg bag of tile adhesive for my husband from Blackwood, young lad serving me didn't offer assistance getting it to my car and I had to ask that someone opened the door for me to get out; another customer came to my aid. Much better experience at Abertillery store a few days before though.

Absolutely fabulous experience happy with my interaction with Gemma on Sunday, she explained she usually works at Ebbervale Screwfix I was really happy she was working at lunch local to me, this young lady whilst she did not advise me she went above and beyond to help me through Screwfix customer reviews for the drill bit I was searching for. It worked out perfectly for my neighbour to hang my blinds as the lintel was extremely difficult to get through thank you Gemma for all your help

Bought 2 radiators using click and collect which was fine, got to the store both radiators were brought to the front desk the 1 was 36kg in weight the 2nd was 33kg and at no point was I offered any help in getting them to the car considering their were 3 men behind the counter and i was the only one in there apparently even holding the door open was to much trouble.
