I would like to say that Roberts in Blackwood and Ebbw vale and Jo the sales chaser from pontypool have worked really hard at selling and buying for us they certainly have individual staff such as jo and Cerianne cole Yvonne and another guy from Blackwood office who have all been amazing and we can't thank them all enough Roberts you are lucky to have these people working for you x

We arranged to view a property and the estate agent didnâ??t show up. Nobody contacted us to let us know they were running late. However, the vendor was home and was happy to show us around. We fell in love with the house but trying to get hold of someone to make our offer was difficult as the branch was closed for the bank holiday weekend and we had no contact details.

Poor customer service. I was clear when I can do it, and let them know it is a 4 hours drive to me, no willingne s to help, not even asked for contact details. I used to work in this environment... for the same action I could have found myself out of the door easily....

Just sold a house with this firm. Professional efficient job done. Dedicated sales progression team (jo parsons) saw the sale reach completion. It can be stressful selling but it helps if you use experienced people.

14 THE GLADE WYLLIE NP12 2HB -Roberts and Co blackwood did not inform me that there is an ongoing boundary dispute between the developer and vendor. It's alleged that the vendor doesn't own 1/3 of the land and owes around 20000 pound for this. The road is not being adopted by Caerphilly County Borough Council due to a drainage issue and the righthand side houses need drainage installed in their back gardens. Wasted our time and money

Incorrect information about houses for sale.
Obviously it would show up on land register.
Why waste time and money.
Sell houses being truthful, made a offer on a house which was being sold with drive, garage.
When I viewed the house it looked like a right of way.
They said no it's not, it's owned by the homeowner he's just friendly with the neighbors and lets them come and go!
Did the searches and it was a right of way. I called to with draw my offer of the full asking price. They were saying that as I have been maintaining it it would automatically be my land even though it's not on the land register!!
Errr no, because it's been in use by residents in four houses and still is, and is the only access to their garden and bins.
So I could not park on the drive all the time as I won't be obstructing the right of way.
She wasn't having non of it. Was trying to convince me otherwise.
