If I could give lower I would.Recently rented a property from them, moved out earlier and allowed them to over viewings on property whilst living in property.The house we had was furnished and the washing machine broke during our stay, the landlord couldn't be bothered to order a new one so informed us to purchase one and reduce it from the rent, when we moved out they deducted this money from our deposit which we are still waiting to have returned. They have clue about communicating between departments. I will definitely avoid in future. Thanks Peter alan

Cerys was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of renting a property through the Blackwood branch. Couldn?t be happier, thank you so much again! She was so helpful with sorting all the paperwork and referencing for me online and it was all done so quickly. Definitely the best experience by far that I?ve ever had with renting a property from the viewing to picking up the keys!

Very mixed experience at Peter Alan Blackwood, it was an incredibly slow process and we received our official moving confirmation email 2 days before we were suppose to move in! We didn?t feel like a priority and we weren?t kept in the loop with regards to our application, we had to ring every other day to gain any sort of information. When documents were requested we would send them almost straight away and then were asked for the same documents days later (even though they had already been sent). It didn?t seem very organised.The staff seemed happy at Peter Alan Blackwood, they spoke very calmly and polite over the phone.

While we did not use Peter Alan estate agents to purchase, we had multiple viewings with them and also did our mortgage application through their mortgage advisor. Staff were always extremely helpful with viewings and any queries we had but the 5 stars is mostly towards the mortgage advisor Samuel Cox. Sam has been an absolute god sent throughout the entire buying process, he did not hesitate to do everything within his power to help us and it was great to know that we always had someone on our side we could rely on. Any queries or issues we had (and there was a lot), Sam would be the first person I would go to for advice and he always treated my emails as a priority; we were never left in the dark or waiting around for a response and he truly went above and beyond to solve each and every problem we had. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam to anyone looking to apply for a mortgage or seeking mortgage advice because his service is unmatched and we are forever grateful we had such an outstanding advisor and we would not have made it to this point without him. Thank you Sam.

A few bad experiences with this office, I have requested some views, promising calling back and never receiving the promised call. Also, trying to book and receiving negatives. Never had this problem with Peter Alan Newport or cwmbran

Ryan Humphries at Peter Alan Blackwood initially valued my home and offered me multiple options to sell my property. I decided to go with the 0% commission structure and to sell my house securely via Peter Alan and the Modern Auction method and it has worked well . Ryan and the team provided me with regular updates on my viewings ,pleased to say we have sold the property . The whole team are helpful and a pleasure to deal with .

Rented a property through Peter Alan has nothing but issues. Never get a response, very lazy never seem to get a speed of service, Iv found myself countless of times chasing things up. I would not recommend them.
