Terrible attitude from a few staff members and extremely long waiting times. You can call it a restaurant as much as you want but it's still a fast food outlet. Or In my case slow food outlet. Very disappointed !!!

Service slow and rude from the start. sat and waited at drive thru speaker for that long payment timed out. Got my food basically thrown at me through the collection window as the young girl had her body twisted away from me as she was gossiping to a male coworker about how every customer is unhappy today. Not one acknowledgement i was there or a thank you nothing. Drinks half full had to be firm and get them filled to the line it should have been at reckoned it was fine, half full because of no ice. Asked for ice as-well as the drinks be filled to the line but ice machine broken. No straws given, got home no sauces given that were ordered. Chips unsalted and way over cooked. Just the burgers/wrap edible for all four of us out of £40 order. Absolutely worst experience ever there this evening. Manage was as useful as a chocolate watch as well.

Currently sat outside to find cones in the way of drive through and staff just messing around outside vaping. Its says 24 hour so why is the drive through shut. Seen about 8 cars so far drive up and end up driving around and leaving we are now up to about 20 cars by the way. Good advert mcdoanlds. Sort your staff out. Lazy is a understatement

Ordered 3 large chips 1 medium with other food and no chips came, ordered 5 chicken select with only 4 that came, ordered 20 chicken nuggets that only came with 15, mcrispy came burnt and no mayonnaise looked like someone stood on it,, don?t blame the delivery drivers it?s the people working there too busy talking than making sure people get what they payed for.

Should be called ?slow food?. Can?t remember the last time I ordered from here and didn?t have to wait 5-10 minutes
