Absolutely ridiculous ordered food waited two hours and it didn’t even turn up and then cancelled 2hours later

Terrible attitude from a few staff members and extremely long waiting times. You can call it a restaurant as much as you want but it's still a fast food outlet. Or In my case slow food outlet. Very disappointed !!!
