Why is that every time I go through the drive through at Blackwood they always seem to get something wrong and have an absolutely stinking attitude towards me virtually throwing food out of the window and me, as I go to greet the cashier at the drive through window I always say hi how are you and I?m greeted with no response and a card machine pointed right in my face and to later find me returning to the drive through because they?ve had my order wrong and have to exchange?.. truly disappointing for what use to be an amazing bite to eat :(

Major improvements need to be made on their drive-through at night. Sat for ages waiting for someone to serve us. Gave up and drove to the hatch. In the meantime, they had served a car that came in behind us. We ended up going inside to order food. Not good enough when you see the drive-through staff standing around. There is no complaint with the food though.
Parking: Their parking facilities are good, although they do share their parking with other other retailers. I'm lead to believe they dont own their car park and so you've only got so long in there. Otherwise, you will get a ticket..

Just had delivery now tonight and food was disgusting what a waste of £25 pound. Chicken was so hard could not even eat it and the chips and rice wow like wayyyy too much powder on them like think it was bottle could not eat them none of us could. I?m sure it?s youngsters working init and take mick with peoples food it?s joke!!!!! If I could score 0 it would be! Funny thing is if you go over never get problem but have it delivered think can take mick jokes !!!!!!!??

Every time we?ve ordered through Uber it?s been missing or stone cold with some items or a whole meal.
We don?t eat out or take away often and leave it as treat for the kids on special occasions.
So to combat the cold or missing items with Uber problems with our meals we don?t order through the app or Uber no longer and just drive down to town and go in physically and order.
The last time we did this last the order was absent of pots of beans and gravy we chalked this up to a one off issue and gave them the benefit of the doubt today.
We drove down tonight and physically ordered in person at the counter and this time again missing 4 lots of fries in the bag and for the large zinger burger box meal I get STONE COLD 1/2 portion of fries and I mean like it was fried this morning and stored in the fridge cold!
We?re done with Blackwood KFC.

Never order from there they get everything wrong, uber eats order completely wrong sent sparkling water, paid for a zinger stacker got a plain single chicken burger with no sauce or salad ??? Nothing stacked about that. Missing sauces. Terrible

KFC... pretty much a standard setting... though it was noticeable that at lunch time there were few people there.. wonder whether the price of some food is putting people off... but that is an issue for their HQ. The store was clean enough and staff were fine, nice and polite. Carparking is free but shared with the pizza establishment and the carparts store opposite

Worst kfc I?ve ever had. Chips were undercooked yet burnt on the outside, zinger was just plain nasty. Will never order from here again. It?s left a bitter taste at the back of my mouth. KFC Blackwood get your act together your foods disgusting.
