Halfords don?t explain to you that if you have a rear view camera fitted with your dash cam that you will continuously have a noise from the camera when breaking and accelerating. I?ve just rang Mercedes and explained that I had a noise coming from my boot in my new car , and that is what they explained to me what was happening. Very annoying and frustrating.

Fran in Blackwood Halfords was amazing, he helped me out loads with my car. Friendly helpful and went above and beyond.
Car is all fresh now with new wipers that help help put on, anti freeze and screen wash.

I was dealt with by Francesco who checked the battery on my car and found it to be defective. A new one was purchsed. Francesco also topped off the screenwash and checked tyres oil etc.
An excellent service provided by a knowledgable and courteous member of staff.

I found the staff in this store very friendly helpful and efficient, I delt with 3 different members of staff on a couple of occasions I got what I wanted and Cameron ordered what they didn't have for me, I would definitely recommend this store.
