Not happy with my experience this morning at the EE store in Blackwood, South Wales.An adviser rang me yesterday to offer me an appointment as I'm due an upgrade. he asked what time would suit me best & that appointments were available apart from 10 am. I opted in that case for an appointment at 11 am - EE sent me two texts confirming this.I arrived at the store at 10.58, because the store is fairly small I had to wait outside however I was still waiting there at 11.33!! I feel that this is totally unacceptable & did not wish to make another appointment as I wouldn't want this to be repeated. The advisers were aware I was standing there but it wasn't until 11.33 that the young man approached me to apologise but he couldn't tell me how much longer I would have to wait. This has left me feeling totally exasperated. This is totally unacceptable to expect customers to wait this long, there was a seat just inside the door however there was a note on this to say it should not be used.
