New manager there and has gone down hill very quickly, foods been wrong twice and the manager doesn't seem to care. Very rude so go elsewhere

Order incorrect- rang to request order straight away-
3 hours later+ No order ever arrived despite staff x3 saying it was on its way
Requested refund- not yet received
No apology
Terrible attitude of staff
Would not recommend
Very disappointed children at home.
Avoid- would not recommend. Need serious customer service training

Soggy chips a whopping portion of 15 in total ????, oreo crumble dough balls with not a crumb of oreo sprinkled on top ????be better off ordering from the local kebab shop

Absolutely disgusting prices, £37 for a pizza, cookies and a garlic pizza bread. It costs Less than an 1/8th of that to make. Absolute greedy franchise all about lining their own fat pockets. Plus £3.50 delivery now too ? should be free at that disgusting price.

Honestly the driver had nothing bad to say about him. The staff however and the way my mother was talked to on the phone was awful. The app is rigged and said that it was already delivered yet when we called it had only just gone out. She said it would take 20 mins but we know it wouldn?t take that long. When we asked to talk to a manager because of her tone and the way she was speaking to us she got worse and hung up. Worst service ever and to think you were able to answer the phone to the public and talk like that show a lot about your company

Thought it was a typical dominos take away but no! we was early the place was quiet we ordered ham and pineapple and a pepperoni got home to find the pepperoni one was cooked so much the pepperoni had turned in to flat crisps with burnt edges! So if your ordering from here please make sure you check your order before driving away or letting the delivery driver leave. Domino?s is to expensive these days to be throwing a pizza away! Wish i took a pic to post now

Order arrived incorrect contacted the store to which a young lady manager couldnt give a damn and hung up on me ,i visted the store to return my food and said to the lady if you dont want to do your job dont work here and give someone else the chance to become manager to which she replied with a bit of luck and stared at me as if she wanted a fight to which point another member of staff intervened to calm the matter down disgusting customer care will not be ordering again
