Great place to stop and re fuel after conquering one of the many peaks near by.Good menu choice,a bit of a long wait for the food but they were very busy and the qr code ordering just wouldn't work,food was fine,good price point.Definitely worth a visit.

Music was good but the food was terrible. Took 25 minutes for 2 burgers to arrive and my girlfriend?s food gave her food poisoning (Snowdon Burger). The coleslaw on both our plates was like watery mayo with a bit of carrot in it. Wasn?t worth the £42.00 spent at all.

This place caught our eye while driving in Bewts-y-coed.
We all ordered the Y Draig and pizza & onion rings to share. Food options and taste is like a typical pub. Decent and nothing out of the ordinary. We enjoyed the food (albeit a little salty!) and would recommend for a chilled, casual lunch.

This is a very nice place to eat, just be aware you cannot book you just have to turn up so you have to just try your luck. We went on a Friday evening at roundabout 5:00 and managed to get the table but there was not many tables left.
All Star for a little frantic but coped quite well.
The food was a bit of a mixed bag as it was all very nice, my wife's curie was absolutely amazing but my steak and ale pie was a little bit bland and the pastry was really tough.
I would definitely go back again , maybe not have to steak and ale pie.

Lovely pub in the city centre. Good vibes and good food. Options available for vegetarians as well.
