Large, well stocked shop but the staff were ignorant. Whilst making a purchase today they were busy chatting. He didn't offer a bag or even say thanks. Not good customer service and I won't be back

Thank goodness that with the weather we?ve had today I bought a new Craghoppers waterproof from Hawkshead on Tuesday. Great help from the knowledgeable supervisor Stephen, great price and really does the job. Best waterproof and breathable coat I?ve ever had and it wasn?t a fortune. Very happy, thanks.
