Very helpful and informative on the phone. I sent my Electric Parking Brake for repair, very quick to update me by phone on findings and sent back to me fully refurbished in 24 hours. Both Dave and Geraint was absolute champions. My Renault Car had a electronic parking brake failure. Dealers and local garage didn't entertain the repair and quoted full replacement for £600. I contacted Blue Chip Autotronics through their website. Very helpful and informative service provided next day. Now I have a working electronic parking brake in the car.
