I contacted the Component shop to help me. I have an old Easy Home robotic vacuum. The model is no longer made. The rechargeable battery no longer charged, and the same wattage batteries I found, had a different connector. I hopefully thought the Component shop may help me. To my utter amazement Kyle, and the lads, in some sort of magic workshop, put together a battery pack and attached the old connector. After charging my old robotic hoover...today it worked. So pleased, amazed, and thankful! I don't have enough words to recommend these guys! ?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong item- some cheaper monitor that has no relationship to what I brought. They have refused to collect the item! They want me to buy the packaging, take a day off work and pay for the return and the insurance. I am disabled busy mum who can not do this. They are rudest seller I have experienced on Amazon in all my years! Amazon should remove them ASAP

Sold 4 useless sail winches. They only do 2.5 turns. Not 6 turns. There reply is we can programme them for you. I ask by email if they will programme to 6 turns if I return them. No reply. Probably because they can't. Avoid at all costs. Poor products. Poor after sales service.

Ordered a couple LiPo batteries from these guys as I've always been happy with their work and products in the past.Recieved a dodgy cell in one of the batteries, so contacted the guys and had a new replacement one within days.Absolutely amazing service, you can't help but get a lemon once in a blue moon, but rest assured these guys will look after you. Great products, great service.Worth every star of this 5 star rating !

I always use these guys for batteries! Always arrive on time with super speedy delivery.I even had an error with my one of my order (my own fault) and they replaced the batteries with next day delivery. Excellent customer service.

Now this is what I call exceptional customer service. I ordered a custom made lead at lunchtime on Friday and it was delivered Saturday morning and exactly what I was after as well. Will definitely be using their services again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Not serious business.We contacted them many times through email and they did not respond. We contacted you through ebay and they said that they will contact us back but nothing. I wrote many times that we need the items fast and send them with DHL express at our cost and no answer. Then I made the order because we needed the parts fast, selected express and even paid for VAT even if we are greek business and they sent it with Economy delivery. AVOID
