Lovely staff! All so welcoming and friendly, I live in Beaumaris and everyone has been so lovely and warm. I have just had a baby and they are all so helpful. Special mention to Kim and Aaron for Jo are so helpful and sweet. Thank you!

I bought a drink that should have cost 89p according to the shelf sticker at the till it scanned at £1.30. I challenged this and without even checking the assistant gave me back the difference. I wouldn't normally post this but I had a similar experience in the Bakewell branch of Spar in Derbyshire, coincidence??

A well stocked medium-sized Spar convenience store. Friendly staff. A bit cramped because they squeeze a lot in. As usual with convenience stores some of the prices are high or a bit high, but also some good offers on both big brand and own brand products. They have quite a good range of local and Welsh products, at least on the day I was in, and likewise a decent range of wines, beers and soft drinks. A useful facility in the friendly buzzing pretty little historic town of Beaumaris.

I was hungry and grabbed a Spar Cheese and Onion sandwich. They said £2.99. I took my change whilst feeling shocked, then reasoned, that the price was a full meal deal one, and I'd chosen not to get a drink and nibbles. No, because I was told that would take it to (about) £4.50. It's worth repeating the above : £2.99 for a cheese and onion, two slices of bread sandwich. I said it was extortionate. I needed food though. The cashier said... (you guessed it), "cost of ******* living". SPAR are exploiting the current UK economic situation, and it's made easier with a branch being in a tourist spot. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. IT'S DISGUSTING.

Great stock-up shop on essential items. No issues and good quality products.Sadly as is always the case with Spars there?s a minimum 10% (at least) price hike compared to regular supermarkets. But them?s the deals when you need stuff up to 23:00 of an evening.

This SPAR is located near ?the greatest castle that was never built? but let me tell you the real attraction can be found when entering through the doors of this shop which is full of the greatest food you?ve never tasted! What I thought would be a humble cheese and onion sandwich delighted me with every bite - ample cheese sandwiched within the tastiest of roles. In addition, the club music played throughout the store transported me to the before times when people were free to dance in clubs and lose their inhibitions. The staff were friendly and you could tell they were smiling behind their masks. I won?t be going abroad this summer but Beaumaris Spar has played a large part in a staycation I?ll never forget.

Upon entering this store I was immediately struck by the majestic beauty of it?s floor plan. All of my senses were gently caressed as I perused the aisles; the smell of freshly baked sausage rolls, the sight of happy customers, the taste of excitement in the air, and not to mention the flawless musical playlist stimulating my ear drums. My transaction was swift and void of both effort and contact (effortless and contactless). Going forwards, this Spar store will be the highlight of my trips to Beaumaris and I look forward to my next encounter.

I always lived my life feeling that existence was futile and pointless. That was until I entered SPAR Beaumaris. The wave of emotions hit me like a crisp winter morning. It felt like rays of sunshine were pulling me towards the shelves as if to say "buy me please".I sauntered towards the fixtures, wondering what joys I was in store for. The first thing this magical establishment gave me was a freshly made baguette and boy were my tastebuds doing backflips! One of the best I've ever tasted!I continued my adventure around this store. I arrived at the crisps. No words. Unreal. I was served what I can only describe as the most professional, smoothest and coolest checkout operator (I think his name was Brian).In summary, thank you for an impeccable shopping experience, one that will spoil all others.
