Fantastic sea front cafe in Beaumaris. Food was top notch. Great value and very tasty.
Family tried lots of different dishes over few and enjoyed them all. The Fish Pie is highly recommended.

Overly priced - extremely pricey for what is provided. Inside seerinf also needs looking into, tablets all too close together and unable to get in/out of table due to this. Staff friendly.

On a cruise tour that includes a bookstore that should not be missed. The Cafe had snacks and coffee for us in a pleasant little store that had drinks and snacks . The service was great

Sadly I must write a negative review. The location is superb from a geographical point of view. That is where the positivity ends I'm afraid. I ordered a tuna sandwich with red onion and mayo. When it arrived the bread was very dry on the outside. The waitress apologised and replaced it. It was just a sandwich I know but presented simply cut in half with a very dry accompanying salad with no dressing. The sandwich tasted ok, the coleslaw was OK but the salad was like eating paper. I would have accepted it as it was but when I'm paying £9.75p for it I expect some care to be taken both in presentation and quality. I ordered a bowl of chips (fries). They were OK but at a price of £5.25 for a small bowl I think is extortionate. The cappuccino was nice but was in a cup almost as small as an expresso and that cost £4.
My partner ordered a BLT which also cost £9.75p. The bread was not toasted as is the norm for a BLT. The bacon was just thrown on, the tomato was minimal to say the least (1 small slice) and a bit of limp lettuce and no mayo. This sandwich also appeared to have simply been thrown together with minimal thought about presentation. For that price we expect much better. The side salad ( £5.50p) actually tasted good but the small quantity was not worth that amount of money. A pint of diet coke was £3.95p. The total cost of a disappointing lunch was £38.20.
I try to be as objective as possible in my reviews and I'm more than happy to give a positive review if deserved.
Overall, for the prices charged, the lack of any professional presentation, the small portion sizes and the poor quality of some of the ingredients I feel justified in writing this review and hope it helps the reader make an informed decision when visiting this venue.

Overpriced. Slow service. Only brought half the meal out and the rest turned up 5 minutes later. Food was okay except for fries which were very greasy.

The last time I visited Anglesey and The Pier Hotel was 2019. The gorgeous Welsh Rarebit was then £6. Still pricey but worth it. This time, it was basically a melted bit of cheese on dry focaccia and cost £12.50. As I had ordered this for myself and my Dad, plus 2 lattes, I ended up with a bill for £34!!!!!! Vastly overpriced. Constant warnings to mind the seagulls didn't nick our food and seats crammed too close together. I heard customers on the seats at the front, complain chairs were too low for comfort and one left without ordering. Sadly, I would not recommend this venue.

It is extremely expensive for what is on offer. I'm not sure if I would recommend this venue to others. Nice staff, though.

Great fish and chips!

For the price, I would like to be asked how my eggs are cooked and the choice of toast!
The quality of the ingredients was good although one hard bacon and one soft
Hash brown was lush!
But at the best part of 15£ for a breakfast I would expect quality sauce not cheap fruity ones!!

Another amazing visit to The Pier House today, as always staff so friendly and attentive. Who doesn't love a coffee and a cake looking over the beautiful Menai Straight over to Snowdonia. Our happy place ??
