Becky and Anny were amazing and very helpful as it was my 1st time visiting no pressure or rush.
Matt the dentist and stacey were in clinic who were ever so kind and very informative which helped alot as Im a nervous patient.
If I could give 6 stars I would.
Highly recommended.

I booked a last minute hygienist appointment today with Stephanie. From the first moment stepping into the dentist, I felt welcomed & the receptionist was so lovely. I had neglected my teeth due to bad past experiences with a different dentist. I can?t express how satisfied I am with today?s appointment. Not once did I feel judged & Stephanie & her assistant (Stacey) explained everything so perfectly, let me take breaks, & recommended different techniques & toothbrushes to purchase. My teeth have never felt so clean & it has boosted my confidence loads even after just one appointment - I didn?t think this was possible. I already can?t wait to return in October for my next appointment. Thank you :)

Professional from start to finish. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly.
Dentists and Hygienist that I seen was considerate, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with each appointment.

Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The dentist was professional, friendly, and put me at ease. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The hygienist was absolutely fantastic, she even got some bad news while doing a clean and carried on, knowing how important it was for me to get through it being a nervous patient. Absolutely recommend this place to others who may feel nervous.

Incredibly professional receptionist staff.
I had a dental hygiene appointment with a lovely lady whose name I won?t say for privacy purposes. She was kind, made me feel incredibly comfortable, and supported me throughout the appointment. If I could rate Bupa Dentistry more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely excellent!

Reception staff are very friendly, professional, and communicate clearly.
The hygenist was very reassuring and gentle, making my first appointment quite disarming. On my second, Matthew was very detailed on what he was going to do, worked quickly and carefully - this was the first dental procedure I have had in the last twenty years where I wasn't super nervous. I left feeling a happy chap.

To say I was petrified today is an understatement, im like alot of other's when it comes to the dentist. On my arrival at bupa Bassaleg I was welcomed by a lovely lady called stacey, prior to my appointment I made her aware of my fear and as she did on the phone she went above and beyond when i was sat waiting.
Upon my name being called I was then greeted by a lovely girl that was the assistant for the dentist, I do apologise i didn't name you but my nerves got the better of me. Matthew who was my dentist was amazing and to say iv never ever been so reassured so much buy them both was so comforting, his assistant asked me on many occasions if I was ok and Matthew explained everything from the start and advised me on what he was prepared to do.
I have never ever had a dentist explain everything to me so much in all my unfortunate visits to the dentist, from my arrival to me walking out of the door to leave i was made so welcome and that was with a maoosive thanks to the the 3 people I met that to me are a massive asset to bupa dental. Keep up the good work and keep doing what you all do best ???

Had a routine dental appointment at Bupa Bassaleg. Was greeted by the receptionists with warm smiles and excellent customer service. Alla the dentist was the nicest dentist and jade the dental nurse was so reassuring. Alla talked me through everything she was doing. The manager Becky was amazing, She filled in all my medical history as I forgot my glasses. I?ve know signed up to the Bupa smile plan. I would highly recommend. ??
