Danny assistant manager at the barry store in holton rd is a true gentleman and he sorted out my 2 samsung s23 ultras that were not connecting to mobile data on a bank holiday easter monday great customer service he was very kind and proffesional we need a lot more people like Danny he is a credit and vodafone are very fortunate to have him on the team thx Danny for youre knowledge and experience he will go a long way in the Vodafone company

Great service. Brought a clever tracker for keeping track of my car or dog. Got a great deal on my upgrade to a Samsung s20 too. Really pleased with the great service from the lads today.

Popped in for a potential purchase of a Huawei Mate 20 Pro and was approached by Sophie. I gave her a brief outline of what I wanted but she was obviously new as she seemed all over the place. So a gent got involved who answered every question I asked the lady concerned. I was given the barest minimum of information and was told the handset was out of stock. He tried to sell me an inferior specced P30 at which point I wasn't really interested. As soon as I said I'd need a little think his subtle 'wasn't bothered' became overt and he moved onto the next customer before I even said goodbye.I bought the handset online from Mobile Phones Direct.
