As ever fantastic professional service from the staff here. As an aside great discounts too. All done in a comfortable shop. With the assurance that everything is right. Tui have a marvelous website which I often refer to but when I have this kind of service every single time I book a holiday I prefer the personal touch.

What a pleasure it was to visit the Tui store in Barry. We had a warm welcome from the staff before taking a seat with Amanda. Amanda was so helpful booking our holiday for us and made us feel our chosen hotel was a perfect choice for our needs. I have some mobility issues and she reassured us she could organise additional help at the airport nearer the time we depart. We would definitely book our future holidays with her at Tui Barry.

Went into the Barry store Saturday 19th August and was served by Karen, she went above and beyond to help us book a flight for our 15 year old son. Very friendly and helpful. We have one very happy boy now, knowing he will be able to come on the holiday with us! Will definitely return to this store to book our future holidays with you!

Excellent experience with the girls at TUI BARRY, from the initial booking in store taken care of with ease and professionalism, to additional people booking on the holiday at later dates unexpectedly. with just 1 phone call this was taken care straight away with no extra stress to the staff this felt like a personal touch. Also great communication from the team throughout the whole process. Thankyou all keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend going into store to book a holiday. My daughter & I wanted to book for 9 of us and Mandy was so helpful & knowledgeable that we ended up booking something we hadn?t even looked at but exceeded all our expectations! We?ll be back :)

Booked a holiday with a group of friends and the staff here made it so easy and we?re always able to help me out. Karen was amazing, she helped me sort out all of my transport and cash for the holiday and was overall very kind and helpful. Would 100% book again!
