We've been using Timson's for years, but this particular one we will definitely not use on a Friday!! The young lad was so unprofessional, We wanted a walking shoe repaired, his words were a straight No even saying if your not happy come back tomorrow and see the manager. And we did the manager was very apologetic, and offered to help, and also said best not come on a Friday, we think this young man needs retraining on customer care?

1 star too much don't bother going there for engraving as only 1 person is trained to do it. I waited half hour for his lunch to be over to be told he can't do it as not trained pathetic service
