Went through Hays travel to Book an all inclusive holiday to Egypt with my sister in law, Sarah from the barry branch in South Wales was the agent who dealt with our needs. My sister in law suffers with spinal problems and has gone through Hays a number of times previously and trusted them. We went into the store to choose our holiday and were happy with our choice. The hotel we selected was suitable for people with mobility issues. Our chosen hotel also promised a number if restaurants/pools aswel as regular entertainment, making us excited for our holiday. However on our arrival we were taken to the WRONG hotel, this hotel had a lot of stairs no lifts and 1 single pool. The single bar they had was up a large flight of stairs which made things extremely difficult for my sister in law and they had zero entertainment making it a very boring place to be stuck in.On day 1 we attempted to find a rep to speak to but could not find 1 we then emailed Hays travel who did not bother to reply. We had no option but to stay for the full 3 weeks in this hotel which had zero entertainment and had 6 days of maintenance work going on including drilling hammering and grouting around the sunbed area where peoplewere trying to relax and enjoy their holiday that they paid a lot if money for.on our return we went straight to Hays to complain. They were far from helpful and basically un interested and conveniently Sarah no longer works at the store !!! We did not have as much as an apology from them and would NEVER USE ThEIR SERVICES AGAIN. We would never ever book with Hays travel again and would urge anybody else To AVOID HAYS TRAVEL AT ALL COSTS. They did not care about us after our holiday was paid for.

Lovely welcoming at hays travel Barry today. We were all set up for our holiday to Skiathos ( Greece) with amazing help & patience from the manager Natalie. She gave us many options and choices to suit our needs and also gave us a few minutes alone with a cup of tea made by her to help us decide what was best for us.
