On my past few visits I?ve had a lovely time in the shop, much better than it has been previous years! Few days ago Carmen served me on the cash desk , she was friendly and just chatty enough. Carmen told me about an offer on the face razors so I managed to save some money. She?s served me before too but I didn?t know her name then , we were in the makeup aisle and she knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew I wanted it. She is lovely to talk to, she?s very pleasant and polite and we did have a chuckle too?..you definitely don?t get this treatment in the bigger shops so I?ll be returning! Not sure if she?s just covering shifts or new but I hope the shop keep her , Good Job Carmen! ??xx

I bought Supdrug own branded interdental brushes when I used the first one the entire brush head came off between my teeth just leaving the metal section, I had to then dig the brush section out. I will not be buying them again, amd certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Walked past Saturday 31st sept and seen some girl with bright green hair have her fingers in her mouth :/ not sure if she was biting them but come on bit of hygiene please? disgusting

I recently visited Superdrug for some personal care items and was really impressed with the store. They had a huge selection of products, including some harder-to-find items that I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I was able to find everything I needed at competitive prices. Overall, a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning to Superdrug for my personal care needs in the future.

I like the shop and always pop in too look for stuff . But some of the staff is quite ignorant and rude . Today i wanted to get perfume and asked to smell one of them. Staff member gave me to smell it and then just left leaving me a bit confused . Then another member came to the till and started serving next customer so i needed to leave

Thank you so much to Jen at Barry Superdrug, you showed excellent high expectations of customer service, I couldn't have shopped without you. Especially with my anxiety, it's worse when I'm on my own, but you were there supporting me and helping me choose those gorgeous perfumes to go in my room.
