Just wanted to take a moment to praise the wonderful staff at Specsavers Barry. After a horrendous experience at M&S I was reluctant to go to another store but I shouldn't have worried. I had my eyes tested by a lovely optician and then the experience I am really here to praise is my experience with audiology. I have a longstanding hearing loss and after waiting for a replacement hearing aid for a long time I decided to bite the bullet and go private. From the moment I met the audiologist Janine I felt completely at ease. She is funny, professional and knowledgeable. Every step was explained clearly, any questions I had were answered, and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Janine is an absolute credit to her profession and your company and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer care. I've never left an appointment with no questions as she gave me time to ask anything I needed to. My first fitting was with Matthew, who again was lovely and professional, and then I went back for a check in with Janine. She not only remembered me but remembered parts of our previous conversation, making me feel valued as a customer. She made it clear the door was always open for any concerns or questions and I would happily recommend your Barry story to anyone who needs optical or audiology services. Massive thanks to Janine, Matthew and all the staff at Specsavers Barry.

It's not about Specsavers but specifically this branch. Fantastic staff and brilliant service. Relaxed and friendly people doing a great job throughout my experience there. I'm an anxious person so a place like this deserves to be recognised. I had a nice time in what's normally a boring chore. Thank you all
