I can?t thank the ladies in Ramsdens enough. The customer service is exceptional! I use their pawnbroking service and have recently bought travel money. Nothing is ever a problem for them. I wouldn?t go anywhere else. It is hard to get service with a smile anymore but in the shop it is guaranteed - 100% Recommended. Thank you Ramsdens from a very happy customer ?

Ordered travel money online to collect in Barry. Staff were extremely helpful as I'd managed to order the pick up after my travel date. April was great and rang me as the came in just before we left. Great service ?

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to April for providing such excellent service when we popped in this week, I was with my mum and she was looking for a necklace for my neices 13th birthday but on a tight budget, April was extremely patient with my mum wanting to look closely at multiple necklaces, and even got another member of staff to try on the necklace to help demonstrate how it would look on, and give idea of the length.The one my mum loved was just over budget, but April helped to agree an affordable price and my mum was over the moon!Thank you so much to the whole team for being so pleasant but especially April for making this purchase so lovely, she's an asset to the company, and we will definitely return to this shop in future as it really makes the customer experience one to remember when you are served in this manner.Item was also polished and packaged in a beautiful presentation box.

I am a regular customer for foreign currency. Today, the window rate was 1.14, online rate 1.16The manageress said the window rate was only for over£1000 this was not shown on the window. She refused me the online rate despite me always having it. So she said that 1.13 was the best she would give me.I walked 200 yds and bought my euros from another dealer and got 1.17!!!!Ramsdens, I will never do business with you again because of your rude and arrogant behaviour to me.

this place robs you dont come here was iffered price for 33 grms 9ct n was offered 150 .and took it to cardiff and had 2 .5 times that . what a place for robbing customers . dont go here advise dont not go here .
