What a shambles. Waited for a valuation booked with Vicki and nobody turned up. Called the office 3 times, and the call rang off each time without an answer. How do they sell anything with service like this?

Please don't use this estate agents, they are so rude, just tried to book a viewing and the way i was spoke to was disgusting, If they treat potential new clients this way then god knows how they treat current clients, please avoid at all cost you will save yourself a world of pain speak to the this company

Not professional at all !! I don't know how they operate a profitable business !! Properties are still listed and advertised but are not available, fail to respond to customer enquiries, short and abrupt on the phone. Definitely dodgy and would never use !!

Where do I start! Dishonest and unreliable... Avoid. Initially rented a property out through them in Barry. 6 monthly inspections supposedly carried out for 2 years which came back as clear, the reality was the property was a hoarders paradise, disgusting. Then the fun really began, lies upon lies culminating in a sale whereby fraudulent activity took place. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

We had a viewing booked for 4:30 yesterday which we had waited a week to go and see, a few days leading up to it,the estate agent bombarded me with calls to get me to change it to 5pm. I said yes. I then get bombarded again at 4:30 on the day asking me to get there earlier. I made it clear that I was waiting for my partner to get in and that we had to travel from penarth to Barry-baring in mind at this time there would be a lot of traffic but I said I will try my best to get there at 4:50. Shouldn?t matter anyway, our appointment was at 5pm so getting there 10 minutes early would mean nothing.We?re literally 1 minute away from the property and the estate agent rings me saying she?s had to go because she?s got an emergency doctors appointment which later on we found out was a complete lie-thanks to your really unhelpful colleague (which we knew anyway, did you really think we would believe that Vicky?). She wasn?t apologetic at all she just wanted to get to her next viewing so she could go home early! Anyway she said we can book it again any time any day and she?ll be there apparently. So I ring the estate agents and the lady was extremely unhelpful and again unapologetic, she couldn?t of given a toss, telling me that I changed the viewing to 4:50 which is absolute BS! Vicky changed it because she wanted to get home!I ask to book it in for the next day at 5pm seems vicky said any time or day and now we have to wait until next week, so we won?t be viewing it you can shuv your viewing up your a**. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Invasion of privacy when renting as checked every 3 month.
End of tenancy, I was only in the property three years, whole house redecorated. Problems never resolved. skirting boards, walls, etc. DPS were astounded at the jobs I had to do. A cheek a lot of the cleaning especially when the landlord/current owner refused to do anything about the problems with the pigeons. This is a massive issue in the area. I lived with rotten doors in the utility room, blown windows, so I was met with very cold winters as the seals had clearly gone. I was told the Double Glazing Dr in Barry would be out to repair/replace. This was in 2018 and I can happily provide photos showing it was NEVER done.
Windows don't come with keys so your home insurance would be invalidated. Again, I asked for this to be sorted in 2018.
Notice a pattern?
Now the current owner is ill, I had to do all the work for him out of my own pocket to get my bond back and he can sell up with ease. This was con artistry at it's finest.
The landlord/current owner gave me his number and told me to.talk to him with any issues but when I asked to speak to him regarding the bullsh*t end of tenancy, he refused to speak to me and hasn't since.
House is now up for sale in Llanover Street, Barry. Potential buyers, check the floors as they've dropped in places. Botch jobs done by the landlord/current owner throughout. Please get a thorough inspection by your surveyors.
The green bedroom hasn't been green for 3 years. I painted it for my little girls then told to paint it a neutral colour when green wasn't neutral in the first place.
THE PHOTOS ADVERTISING THE PROPERTY ARE OLD ONES. THEY HAVEN'T SHOWN WHAT THE PROPETY IS LIKE NOW.
DEPOSIT WAS NEVER UPDATED WHEN THE EX LEFT. THAT WAS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. Again, reported to DPS.
One of the worst letting agents I've ever been with.
