Man who works at desk smokes whilst at desk while customers are inside post office. Have redirected several deliveries to this post office - none of which have ever arrived. Who knows where they go or what happens to them.

Have been going to this family run business for as long as I can remember since the old location It's a lovely shop The staff are nice and have been to my family for years and we have never had a problem with them

I?ve been going to this post office for quite a few years now. What I like about this place is that it doesn?t get too busy, what with it not being in the town centre or on a main road. Mr and Mrs Patel are lovely people, who always give excellent customer service. I?ve never had any problems at this post office, and highly recommend this place to send your letters and parcels. 5*

Convenient local, family run post office. Great for banking as well now there's so few bank branches left. Please use and support this small business.

Small but efficient post office run by a lovely respectful couple. Always saving me when I haven't had a tape to secure my parcel or pen. Every time greeted and served with kindness. I use their services a lot, sending parcels all over the world, and despite difficult paperwork concerning brexit rules on postage, my cards and packeges has always been delivered. Thank you kindly. It is so nice to have you locally.

First of all the staff are very rude & sometimes hostile especially the man. I?ve had a few bad experiences at this post office including money going missing when paying cash into my bank account as in less paid in than the amount of cash I gave them. So that?s a blatant rip off.I?ve also been charged different amounts from what I asked for when posting parcels. Recently asked for cheapest tracked delivery on a parcel which is usually just under £3 & I was charged nearly £8 with a £500 insurance claim available on the receipt against a £20 item being posted. Blatant excuse to charge more. Avoid this place at all costs.

A great family run business with extremely hard working and motivated staff. Have visited on numerous occasions and cannot fault the service. As someone that uses a Post Office very rarely, the staff were very helpful in talking me through the process of sending out parcels and what I could except with their service.Efficient, Good value for money, Knowledgable and Honest.Will definitely be using this branch moving forward for all my posting needs.

I chose to have a parcel delivered here to collect on the basis of the advertised opening times, along with a previous review showing a photo of a hand written note in the window showing open 10 til 1300 on Saturday. Be aware this place is now closed on Saturday; sorry but a Service organisation not open on Saturday morning is a bit 80's, thought we'd got past that!

We started Ebay selling this year and chose Parcel Force and this Post Office around the corner from Park Crescent to ship from, only problem was that we were being upsold , we took in a med parcel and they charged for a large parcel, also issued us when sending multiple parcels a receipts which read the same Post Code, not good if we have to make a claim for lost / damaged mail.We have now advised all our staff not to pay any rate other than the £3.10p 2nd Class Med Parcel Service Rate, we have still seen a few incidents at the Post Office with them still requesting a higher charge, but back down once told what the rate should be for a parcel <2kg and less than 16cm thick is £3.20p!Mr Spence Eng

Great experience here, the staff are wonderful and so helpful! They do not rush you and try and help as much as they can! They have a great selection of cards and their postal service is far better than the rest I've experienced! Thank you for providing us with your service! Will be visiting you guys soon!

Walked all the way to this post office from the other end of town to find it closed. I had checked online to see the opening times on a Saturday and online it says they're open untill 3 o clock. I got there at 2 and shutters were down.
