I would like to shout out Dylan we walked in not knowing anything about fish or fish tanks other than we wanted one. He was patient and understanding especially with our 2 year old who wanted to be involved with everything.
Whenever we go back we being looking for Dylan for all our fish and fish tank needs.

Clean and tidy and stock plenty of food for what I needed. My only issue is the app works when it wants to so you can lose your bonus because you can mot log in when you need to. So you don't get the spend on your card either and don't get the savings for the next spend.

Bought a pack of doggie toys they lasted 20 minutes. My doggies killed them for their squeakies. But hey ive still got the dicky bow.

I had purchased 2 rats from here and 5 months later it had died even know it was a baby rat about 11 months old that had a massive enclosiure cage and always had food and water provided tor them. My cousin had also braught a hamster in march and died in april. He was also cared for amazingly. That is why i aint bying a animal from here ever again.

Animals always seem unhappy or bored when we visit for supplies. Their ensures are often dirty too (not sure if we visit just before or on cleaning days, 'though).
We adopted a pet once and they were sick and needed a vet appointment within a week. Fair play to the store however, they covered the cost in full.

My dog was booked in to the groom room and the afternoon before I had a call to say it was cancelled.I tried to contact them the next day to find out if I could rebook and as usual with these places no one was available to answer my call. What a shoddy run place.

Sean at Vets At Home, Barry. What a diamond. Popped down to get a tick removal tool. No idea how to do it. Sean steps up and removes the little blighter from our Jack Russell's head. Out of hours vet wanted us to drive to Newport and pay £250! Veterinary services in this country is now borderline extortion. Thanks to Sean, faith in humanity is restored.
