Branch is only open 3 days out of 7. ATM had envelope dispenser error Saturday morning so no deposits could be made over the weekend which is not good enough. Nationwide need to introduce cheque pay in via online banking.

Been with Nationwide for years, maybe 40 plus by now. Always had good and pleasant service with the staff. Both my children have savings and current accounts with them as well. I just hope they don't get gobbled up by some big corporate giant or become a plc.
