Just took my car to imo in barry . Paid for triple wax job , which there supposed to pre clean wheels and bottom off car . Drove out and wheels where still dirty spoke to manager he said they don't do hand wash it's an auto which I get but didn't care that wheels where dirty . He cleaned them begrudgingly but told me that it wouldn't happen again lol his customer service skills are exceptional lol . You pay for car to be clean and not lectured. They do not care if your car is clean my advice avoid this place

Had a full valet on the car last week and was amazed how wonderful it looked. I bought it last year at 17 years old (including many years of grime!) Would recommend this Imo anytime!!?

They washed my car because I don't like doing it. I recommend going here if YOU want your car washed and don't like doing it. You will have to pay but it beats doing it yourself.

Would never use these again paid for multiple washes cost me £60 only had 1 wash then the app crashed and all my vouchers and proof was lost imo did not want to know. Disgraceful and I lost £50. The assistant did not want to know neither did imo customer services 9, emails endless calls waiste of space, time and money.

Fantastic operation quick easy and competively priced. I need this where I live. I used the one in Barry but I live on Anglesey definitely a demand for one here.

Prices have gone up since it changed hands. Some staff are more thorough with the pre wash than others.
