Came in and had a million questions about supplements for the gym and for various health benefits. Dealt with Millie Thomas who has the patience of a saint and was able to answer every question for me and was so so helpful!! Couldn?t recommend more. Amazing staff here!

I'm giving up on Holland and Barrett. They're a good shop but the 3 for 2 on just about everything is ridiculous and just obfuscates the real cost, obviously I pay for all the most expensive ones and get the cheapest one free. HACK, split your shopping into price bands and pay several times at the till to save money ?. Why not just have decent prices across the range? Your lack of transparency has pushed me elsewhere.
Edit after H&B response. Thank you for clarifying but I still don't trust your utterly ridiculous system. Better quality items at better prices online and I know exactly what I am spending.

As a menopausal woman I can't take HRT because of high blood pressure & for the past 6 yrs I've taken clonidine but I wanted to try sage to see if it helps more. I have now stopped the clonidine & solely use A Vogel sage tablets & I still get the odd hot flush but about 90% I'm they are less frequent.I spoke to the manager & she recommended A Vogel sage tablets & she was so helpful & listened to all I had to say. Customer service is always 100%.

Excellent service and really helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable. I wanted to buy something but had my little dog with me and as it was quiet a member of staff held his lead while I grabbed what I needed. Really went the extra mile for me. Love this shop!!

I give you 1 star as I cannot give less. I moved to Barry one year ago and, being a Holland and Barrett customer, I felt very pleased to find a shop just 3 minutes walking from my house. The problem? Well apparently they close the shop whenever they want! It happened many times the close half an hour earlier ON MY FACE, but yesterday they shut the door at 4 o clock instead of 5 even if I was walking in. When I knocked at the door, they complete ignored me. Disgusting
