very unhelpful, went to pick up my prescription after Dialysis treatment and was sent back to my doctors which was a real struggle after life saving treatment, I then got told by the doctor that you could of given me an emergency prescription as I told you I had no meds. very disappointed with the service as no help was offered, and more care given.

Lovely pharmacy best in Barry, very professional, well organised, always friendly and helpful. I recently had to run there after a late doctors appointment, even as their all leaving closing shop, they were a life saver going back in getting my babies antibiotics for me, no huffing and puffing, didn?t refuse me. Happy to of helped me, amazing ladies xxxx

I wanted to like this pharmacy, especially having read the reviews and I'll start with the positives - the Pharmacy offers out of hours collection service, service is quick and they are ahead of the time with WhatsApp communications etc., especially in comparison to other local pharmacies which are frankly pretty poor.However, staff's attitude is highly unprofessional. My name is of foreign origin and staff member administering my flu jab laughed at it having made repeat attempts at pronouncing it (poor ones), I have no idea what on earth was she thinking, that a patient's name is a joke? Incredibly rude, such poor manners.Secondly, they failed to provide me with a text and pin number to collect my order because staff member "didn't tick the right box", I had to ring in to rectify it.Whenever I'm there I find staff isn't particularly professional, they are joking around and are quite direct, not the standard you expect from a professional setting.Overall, it's 3 stars from me, there's quite a bit to improve.
