“On my past few visits I’ve had a lovely time in the shop, much better than it has been previous years! Few days ago Carmen served me on the cash desk , she was friendly and just chatty enough. Carmen told me about an offer on the face razors so I managed to save some money. She’s served me before too but I didn’t know her name then , we were in the makeup aisle and she knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew I wanted it. She is lovely to talk to, she’s very pleasant and polite and we did have a chuckle too…..you definitely don’t get this treatment in the bigger shops so I’ll be returning! Not sure if she’s just covering shifts or new but I hope the shop keep her , Good Job Carmen! ⭐️xx”
