I?m absolutely appalled by this greggs I came in about 4 ish yesterday for my daily coffee with my friend and I was about to approach the condiment stand it was absolutely appalling with all sugar and ice all over the stand and I was about to go to the other condiment stand and it had no sugar so I politely asked one of the staff which wears a skirt and has glasses if she could clean the condiment stand but she rudely said I?ll do it in a minute and carried on talking to a I?m assuming a customer with green hair and I timed how long it would take and it was about 10 minutes until she cleaned it and she also said go to the other stand but that had no sugar in it as I needed sugar because of my diabetes and I couldn?t put it on the stand as it was absolutely disgusting as I?ve mentioned and also the coffee machine?s temperatures have gone down drastically my coffee was cold when I received it and my friends coffee was cold

Been coming here regularly for years but it's really gone down hill lately, the shelves are always empty and the new staff are less than helpful...waste of time even going there...last 3 times they have had nothing vegetarian to eat....why are you cooking the bare minimum?

Too expensive for what they serve. After a certain time of the day any items that have been sitting in the display cabinet can't be warmed up as the food isn't hot anymore, I mean who wants a barely warm sausage roll?

By far the worst greggs ,after working there ,the place is filthy,pictures supplied are only some of what you will find ,the management is a joke and all they say is its only barry people which I find disgusting avoid !!!!!

10:11 a.m.Customer in front " 2 Sausage rolls please " . Sorry sold out they'll be 15 mins. It's always busy this time of morning.My turn bacon and omelette roll.Yet again no omelette. We sold out mate. Ok "I'll just have bacon ". 5 minutes mate.Okay just have a latte. Amazingly enough they had that.Maybe a bit of forward planning regarding stock control and food preparation are in order.This is pretty much the norm for this particular outlet.

Brought a hamAnd cheese baguette and a vanilla latte here today it was delicious ? and mum had a jam doughnut, one of the nicest baguette I?ve had in a long time.
